Shipping & Returns FAQ


1. Do you offer free shipping?

Yep – orders above $50 ship for free in the US with standard shipping, which means your products will reach you in 5-9 business days.

2. What are your shipping rates?

We offer flat (discounted) shipping rates as below:

  • Standard (5-9 business days): $6.50
  • Preferred (3-7 business days): $12.00
  • Expedited (2-3 business days): $17.00
  • Rush (1-2 business days): $25.00

3. Where does Malavara ship?

We ship to the 50 states in the US for orders placed at https://malavara.com/ (please choose USA as country option).

We also ship within the UK and EU for orders placed at https://malavara.com/ (please choose UK as country option).

4. Can you tell me more about shipping within the US?

We offer 4 speeds of shipping within the US:

  • Standard (5-9 business days): $6.50
  • Preferred (3-7 business days): $12.00
  • Expedited (2-3 business days): $17.00
  • Rush (1-2 business days): $25.00

5. When will my order ship?

It typically takes us 1 to 2 business days to process your order. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. 

6. How long will it take to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico?

At this time, we sadly do not ship to Puerto Rico – only the 50 states. You might experience a few extra days in shipping timelines when shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping to these states will take about 11-15 business days.

7. How can I change my shipping address after placing my order?

If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please contact us at: care@malavara.com, with URGENT: SHIPPING ADDRESS CHANGE in the subject line. We’ll try to get to our dispatch team in time, but unfortunately we can’t guarantee that.

8. How can I change my order?

If you would like to change your order before it ships, please contact us at: care@malavara.com and put URGENT: ORDER CHANGE REQUEST in the subject line, along with your order number

9. How can I change the country I am shopping in?

At this time, we only ship to the 50 US states from www.malavara.com. If you would like to change the country and currency you’re shopping in to the United Kingdom, from where we also ship to the EU, please click on the UK flag at the top right-hand corner.


1. How do I place a return or exchange?

We hope that you love our products as much as we do, but if for any reason you are unhappy with any item purchased through our website, then please email us at care@malavara.com within 7 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to arrange a refund or exchange.

2. Help! I can’t find my return slip.

Don’t worry—Malavara packages don’t include return slips. Just reach out to care@malavara.com and we’ll help you place your return or exchange.

3. What’s your return policy?

All returns must be processed within 7 days of receiving the order. Order # must be provided to place a return.
You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded (if you received our free standard shipping offer, a new $6.50 charge will apply) and there will be a standard shipping charge of $6.50 for the shipping fee for the return as well. Email us at care@malavara.com and we'll help you place the return.

4. How long does it take to process a return?

Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

5. What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, please contact us at care@malavara.com and we’ll be sure to get you the correct Malavara product you ordered!

6. What if I received faulty/damaged goods?

If for any reason the goods you receive are faulty or damaged in any way, we will exchange the items or offer a full refund. Please contact care@malavara.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
